How do I cancel my membership/subscription?Updated a month ago

Need to break up with us? We won’t take it personally (well, maybe a little). But we do make it easy. Here’s how to cancel your VennCard membership or subscription without the drama.


If you subscribed through the VennCard Desktop App:

    1.    Log in to your account at https://app.venncard.com

    2.   Select the icon in the header bar and contact us by "Live Chat" or "Contact Support".

3.   There is always someone on hand to take care of your request.

    4.    You’ll get an email confirming the cancellation.




If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play

For iPhone / iPad users:

    •    Open the Settings app.

    •    Tap your name > Subscriptions.

    •    Find VennCard > Tap it > Hit Cancel Subscription.


For Android users:

    •    Open the Google Play Store.

    •    Tap your profile pic > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

    •    Tap VennCard > Cancel subscription.




🔁 What happens after cancelling?

    •    You’ll keep access until the end of your billing cycle.

    •    After that, your premium tools go bye-bye.

    •    Your account and data continue to operate on our Free service tier.

   •     You have the option if you decide to leave us and delete your data by deleting your account in Settings > General. This process retains your data for 14 days in case you change your mind. You will receive an email when your account is closed.
