Why isn’t my profile link loading when I tap my VennCard?Updated 2 months ago


So, you’re tapping your VennCard on someone’s phone, but your profile link isn’t loading? Let’s fix that.


Here’s what to check:

    1.    NFC Compatibility: Make sure their phone has NFC enabled. On most devices, it’s in the settings under ‘Connections’ or ‘Wireless & Networks’.

    2.    Tap Position: Where you tap matters. iOS devices usually work best around the top, while Androids prefer the middle or back. Check out the images below to see the sweet spots for each device.

    3.    Connection Issues: If their phone’s internet connection is weak or non-existent, your profile link might not load.

    4.    Case Interference: Bulky or metal cases can mess with NFC signals. If it’s not working, ask them to remove their case and try again.

    5.    No Luck with Tapping? No problem. Get them to scan the QR code on your VennCard instead. It’s the foolproof backup when tapping just isn’t cutting it.
